First, we cover any questions you have over the phone. Usually, we can give you a close approximation of what you are likely to spend on your kitchen by asking you a few important questions. If you would like to proceed, our expert designer will visit you at home, and measure your room.
If you would like to proceed, for a $150 deposit, our expert designer will transfer the measurements to their computer and create your preliminary 3D design. Now the design process has actually begun.
During next appointment (in person or done via Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams) the designer will present 3D designs and make any requested changes. Unless you require printouts of our work, everything to this point is included in our initial $150 deposit.
Once the design is finalized you have the 2 options - to purchase the drawings that will include floor plans, elevations, 3D renderings, materials specifications tailored to your budget, and you will be able to make your own purchases or hire GC. - hire our construction division and you will receive all design services free of charge.
We will generate contract, prepare construction documents, if necessary, file for construction permits, generate schedule, and begin construction.
